Solutions Manager - The Orchard

About the role

The Orchard is a Sony Music company focused on digital distribution and catalog management for artists and labels. This role owns end-to-end client onboarding, content management, and back-office issue resolution, serving as the primary client-facing liaison to internal teams.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from contract to payment readiness and catalog ingestion
• Coordinate with Relationship Management and Contract Admin during transitions
• Oversee client offboarding with clean catalog handovers and system updates
• Act as primary liaison for Legal, Finance, and Operations to address inquiries
• Lead annual tax drills, royalty statement issues, and administrative matters
• Advise on release logistics, approve Tier 1 releases, and manage content escalations

• Strong understanding of digital music distribution and end-to-end release lifecycle
• Experience coordinating complex onboarding with multiple internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of music metadata, rights, territories, and DSP availability
• Proven ability to manage back-office workflows across Legal, Finance, Operations
• Technical aptitude with platforms like Zendesk, Spotify Catalog Manager, Apple Music / iTunes Connect
• Excellent client service and communication skills with problem-solving ability
