GTM, Strategic Planning

About the role

Supabase is a Postgres development platform for developers. This role owns the end-to-end GTM Strategic Planning, including design, data, and execution across multiple teams to improve how the company plans and operates in market.

What you'll do

• Own territory design, segmentation design, target planning and GTM capacity planning.
• Build and maintain a single source of truth for planning data across HubSpot, BigQuery and Hex.
• Translate company priorities into field actions and execute the planning strategy.
• Design and iterate on coverage models, segmentation, and team structures with Sales Leadership.
• Define and track key metrics, surfacing actionable insights beyond reporting.
• Lead the Strategic Planning roadmap, evaluating new tools and processes against real needs.

What they're looking for

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company.
• Fluency with the GTM stack: HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch.
• Ability to write SQL and work with data directly before involving an analyst.
• Experience designing or overhaul of sales processes, forecasting cadences, or territory models in a high-growth environment.
• Understanding of product-led growth motions and how PLG data flows into commercial pipelines.
• Strong autonomy, communication across Finance, Sales, Success, Partnerships, Engineering, and Marketing.
