AI Creative Technologist

About the role

Superside is hiring an AI Creative Technologist to turn customer requests into automations and agents that run. You will work directly with customers on live work from inside our studios, in close collaboration with Product.

• Partner with customers on live work to scope, build, and ship custom automations and agents
• Customize central automations for each customer's brand, tools, and workflows
• Turn repeating customer requests into systems that run for ongoing value
• Own the automation roadmap for your studio and avoid duplicating work across customers
• Define quality standards for each automation including human checks
• Feed customer needs and reusable pieces back to Product

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in agencies or in-house creative teams, preferably with design systems or creative technology
• Strong creative judgment and ability to set the quality bar for automation
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and agents in real work, with evidence of shipped work
• Generalist builder who can brief, build, and ship across formats or channels
• Habit of documenting and sharing what you build for reuse
• Self-driven, able to move from idea to finished output without handoffs
