SEO & AEO Team Lead

About the role

Discovered Labs is an SEO and AI-driven agency that partners with global B2B SaaS clients. This role owns leading 2-3 delivery pods, running a small number of client accounts, and ensuring high-quality, data-driven results across strategy, execution and reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery pods and manage 2-3 client accounts alongside analysts and strategists
• Run communications, client check-ins, 90‑day plans and monthly performance reports
• Review and approve work before client delivery, ensuring quality and readiness
• Identify at‑risk accounts early and drive root-cause analyses and recovery plans
• Coach and develop team members through 1:1s, training and performance reviews
• Help define and improve delivery standards, workflows and AI agent usage

• Experience leading SEO or AEO teams in an agency or consultancy setting
• Strong project and client management with a track record of improving client outcomes
• Ability to coach analysts and strategists, run 1:1s and quarterly reviews
• Comfort with AI-native tools and integrating automation into workflows
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
