What you'll do
Lead complex venture-building engagements from diagnosis through execution and learning.
Apply hands-on experimentation and AI tools to improve venture-building quality and efficiency.
Build trusted relationships with founders and senior leadership teams and coordinate internal and external experts.
Translate challenges into venture-building scopes with clear hypotheses, objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
Develop strategies for growth, product development, operations, and partnerships that increase work opportunities for underserved groups.
Monitor budgets and timelines, identify risks, and drive course corrections as needed.
