What you'll do

Coordinate investigation and resolution of failed, pending, reversed and irregular transactions and recurring issues
Manage disputes, reversals, refunds and chargebacks ensuring regulatory, scheme and internal timelines are met
Maintain strong operational controls and identify gaps or risks in processing, settlement and dispute management
Drive continuous improvement and automation to reduce manual work and improve success rates
