Employee Relations Partner

About the role

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company focused on voice, speech, and related platforms. This role leads our Employee Relations function, owning formal processes, investigations, and guidance across multiple jurisdictions as we scale globally.

What you'll do

• Lead formal performance processes end to end in partnership with Leads and People Partners
• Run fair investigations into misconduct, grievances, and complaints from fact finding through to outcome
• Manage disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters with Legal and external counsel as needed
• Triage cases with People Partners using clear escalation criteria
• Maintain case logs and report patterns, risks, and trends by team, region, and case type
• Build playbooks, templates, and training to raise lead capability and reduce case volume

• Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive issues
• Solid knowledge of employment law and comfort working with in-house and outside counsel
• Clear, defensible documentation and coaching skills for difficult conversations
• Ability to move fast, stay agile, and build processes as the ER function scales
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams or multi-jurisdiction environments
