About the role

Evidence Action delivers data-driven interventions to transform lives at scale, operationalizing research and measuring outcomes to ensure impact. The Senior Manager leads the development of new health programs within the New Program Development team, owning a portfolio of early-stage interventions from insight to scale or exit.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of pipeline interventions end to end through the Accelerator stage-gate process.
• Interrogate evidence, assess external validity, and evaluate gaps in data and findings.
• Model impact and cost-effectiveness under uncertainty in collaboration with the CE team.
• Design learning activities with the MLE team to inform go/no-go decisions.
• Scope, conduct, and synthesize lean field activities such as pilots and formative research.
• Build compelling, evidence-grounded investment cases and manage stakeholder alignment.
