What you'll do
Manage pricing and revenue performance across Canadian and Latin American portfolios using PriceLabs
Optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAN; adjust minimum-stay restrictions and discount strategies
Configure and continuously refine PriceLabs rules and market strategies, ensuring synchronization with Hostaway and Guesty
Collaborate with Distribution, Reservations, and Operations teams to align pricing with listing strategy and availability
Prepare weekly revenue reports and identify actions to improve performance
