About the role

What you'll do
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, schedules of rates and cost plans
Monitor project expenditure against budgets and provide cost reports
Support pre-bid and business development with commercial cost assessments
Review contractor quotations, valuations, variations and final accounts
Coordinate with Civil and MEP engineers to align costs with technical requirements
Develop lifecycle costing, mobilisation budgets and long-term maintenance cost plans

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
6-9 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost management or facilities management
Professional membership with QSRBN preferred; NIQS membership an advantage
Proficiency with quantity surveying and cost management tools and software
Experience in BOQs, tender documentation, valuations, variations and final accounts
Experience with FM bids, mobilisation or project costing considered an advantage
