About the role

OpenFn is a digital public good for public service automation and AI orchestration. This role owns the full portfolio of existing subscription customers, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and growth as the company transitions to packaged product and services bundles.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing subscription customers
• Build multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations
• Develop account plans and lead Quarterly Business Reviews
• Maintain technical fluency to converse credibly with customers and their technical teams
• Drive retention and expansion, including renewals and upsell opportunities
• Establish and scale the program management function and playbooks

What they're looking for

• 3-7+ years in account management, customer success, or related role at a SaaS or subscription business
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a customer portfolio with renewals and upsell
• Experience managing technically substantive products and explaining APIs, integrations, and data workflows
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage both technical users and senior stakeholders
• Ability to develop playbooks, cadences, and health metrics for program management
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product, support, and implementation teams
