Account Manager (French speaking)

About the role

OpenFn is a digital public good for public service automation that enables governments and NGOs to automate data exchange and digital workflows. This role owns the existing subscription portfolio, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and growth as OpenFn transitions to packaged product and services.

What you'll do

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing subscription customers
• Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop account plans, lead QBRs, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities
• Maintain strong technical fluency to discuss integrations, data workflows, and use cases
• Coordinate with product, support, and implementation teams to meet SLAs and deliver value
• Build and scale the account management function, including playbooks and health metrics

• 3-7+ years in account management, customer success, or a related SaaS role
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio, including renewals and upsell
• Experience managing technically substantive products and translating between technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong relationship-building skills with technical users and senior stakeholders
• Ability to create and execute account plans, cadences, and health scoring
• Comfort with APIs, data exchange, and workflow automation concepts
