Product Coordinator

About the role

Cavista Technologies delivers custom-built software solutions to organizations worldwide. The Product Coordinator role ensures cross functional alignment and visibility across the delivery lifecycle for each product release.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with product, engineering and other stakeholders to plan and deliver product releases on time, within scope and budget
• Translate business requirements into work for the engineering team and maintain visibility of the product vision
• Prioritize backlogs, plan iterations, and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria
• Communicate progress and impediments to product stakeholders and leadership
• Create reports tracking the feature delivery lifecycle and release plans
• Mitigate impediments and ensure the team remains focused on high value work

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in Home Care, Healthcare or Medical Devices preferred
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and ability to explain technical information to non technical audiences
• Strong communication, meticulous planning and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, often ambiguous environment and collaborate effectively
• Critical thinking, problem solving and emotional intelligence
