The Portfolio Analyst will provide dedicated portfolio analytics for the Consumer Lending Risk team, enabling timely visibility into portfolio performance, early identification of emerging risks, and data-driven credit and portfolio decisions as the business scales.
What you'll do
- Monitor performance across applications, approvals, disbursements, repayments, delinquency, collections and recoveries.
- Analyse portfolio vintages and key risk metrics such as first payment default, early delinquency, PAR, DPD, roll rates, cure rates, defaults and recoveries.
- Perform segmentation analysis by risk grade, customer profile, product, loan amount, tenor, pricing and acquisition channel.
- Monitor the end to end lending funnel and identify drivers of approval, conversion, utilisation and portfolio performance.
- Build, automate and maintain Tableau dashboards for Risk, management and other stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in consumer lending, fintech, retail credit, portfolio risk or credit analytics.
- Demonstrated experience analysing loan portfolio performance and the lending lifecycle from application through repayment, delinquency and collections.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
- Strong SQL and data-analysis skills; proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with Python or another analytical language is an advantage.
