Operations Manager (Events)

Cavista Technologies is a global software partner focused on innovation and measurable impact. This role leads planning and execution of corporate events, drives cross functional initiatives, and champions process improvement across the company.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, executive meetings, conferences, retreats, workshops, and company wide engagements
• Manage end to end event lifecycle including strategy, budgeting, venue, logistics, risk management, and post event evaluation
• Establish event success metrics and produce post event reporting and recommendations
• Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and monitor performance for quality and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with leaders to define objectives, requirements, and outcomes
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely deliverables

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management or related field
• Minimum 8+ years in operations, project management, event management or related fields
• Experience leading complex projects, strategic initiatives, and large scale corporate events
• Strong knowledge of operations, process improvement, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
