What you'll do
Manage operation, maintenance and performance of mechanical systems and equipment within the facility
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for mechanical assets
Supervise maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, plumbing, generators and fire protection systems
Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults and coordinate timely corrective actions
Monitor contractors to ensure compliance with SLAs, quality and safety standards
Maintain records of equipment, maintenance activities, faults, repairs and spare parts
