About the role

The MLE Manager for the IDG Pilot will lead end-to-end monitoring, learning, and evaluation activities for the Immunization Demand Generation pilot in Nigeria, from design through data analysis and learning sessions.
What you'll do
Co-develop the MLE plan for IDG with the MLE Strategy team and implement the design
Prepare IRB applications, amendments, and renewals and coordinate with review boards
Lead budgeting, activity planning, and monitoring of the MLE budget
Recruit, onboard, and supervise field teams and the independent monitoring firm as needed
Oversee field operations in Nasarawa and Oyo States and ensure data quality and ethics compliance
Digitize tools in SurveyCTO, test deployments, and manage data systems and PII handling
