About the role

Dev.Pro is a US based outsourced software development company that operates as remote first and works with teams across 55+ countries. This role owns full stack development tasks with React.js and .NET, system reliability, troubleshooting, and onboarding support for clients and merchants.

What you'll do

• Provide SL2 production support and resolve issues across transaction systems
• Troubleshoot merchant and client technical concerns including gateway and integration problems
• Monitor application health, batch jobs, ETL processes, and gateway communications
• Collaborate with SL1 on task prioritization and client onboarding/offboarding
• Help ensure data integrity and stable operation of the transaction platform
• Contribute to technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and quality delivery
