Dev.Pro is a US-based outsourced software development company with a remote-first approach. This Senior Program Manager role leads complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly technical environment, coordinating across engineering, architecture, and product teams.

What you'll do

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations
• Facilitate technical discussions and help resolve delivery challenges
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders
• Support production releases and large-scale product initiatives

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
• Ability to discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including negotiation and conflict resolution
• Ownership, accountability, independence, and influence without direct authority
