Host Account Manager

About the role

PadSplit is building a Host Success model and seeks a Host Account Manager to own the full relationship with a portfolio of hosts, from activation through long term retention. This role focuses on proactive relationship management, platform fluency, and ensuring hosts thrive on the PadSplit platform.

What you'll do

• Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of PadSplit hosts as the primary point of contact for support and policy questions
• Build proactive, trust-based relationships to reduce churn and increase host lifetime value
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and structured reviews aligned to host goals and benchmarks
• Monitor metrics such as occupancy, rejection rates, and member retention, and address issues before they escalate
• Guide hosts on pricing, occupancy optimization, listing quality, and platform best practices
• Lead new host activations and advocate for hosts within product, operations, and leadership

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or high-touch client relationships
• Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or a platform marketplace is strongly preferred
• Ability to develop deep working knowledge of a platform, policies, and fee structures
• Strong communication skills for complex issue resolution and proactive guidance
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and identify trends
• Comfort handling escalations and navigating cross-functional teams when needed
