What you'll do

• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury, FP&A, and external providers to support payroll operations and compliance
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations across different countries ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review and approve payrolls prior to final processing and maintain strong payroll controls
• Analyze payroll and salary costs, investigate variances, and monitor regulatory changes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, scalability, and the employee experience
• Lead, mentor, and coach a global payroll team and maintain relationships with vendors

• Significant multi-country or global payroll experience and strong payroll compliance knowledge
• Proficiency with payroll systems, HRIS, and analytical tools with strong reconciliation skills
• Experience managing payroll audits and regulatory requirements

• Willingness to travel internationally up to twice a year for company events
• Academic background in Accounting or Finance or a compelling narrative about an alternative path
