Executive Assistant

About the role

Cavista Technologies is a global software partner delivering custom-built solutions. This role supports executive leadership with high level administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations.

What you'll do

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Organize and facilitate meetings including agenda, minutes, and follow up on actions
• Act as primary liaison between the executive office and internal external stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, events, and travel

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required for Senior Specialist; OND/HND acceptable for Specialist with relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting executives in fast paced corporate or financial services environments
• Strong organizational planning and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and discretion
