About the role
MinIO is a data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. We are hiring a hands-on marketing leader to bring MinIO’s global strategy to life across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, owning the regional marketing plan, budget and calendar and translating corporate initiatives into localized execution that drives pipeline in EMEA.
What you'll do
- Turn global campaigns and launches into localized, account-based programs across EMEA
- Build and run the EMEA field marketing calendar aligned to pipeline targets
- Support presence at key EMEA industry events and partner co-sponsorships
- Collaborate with global teams to adapt content for EMEA languages, markets and buyers
- Execute global partner programs in EMEA and lead regional execution for priority partners
- Manage joint marketing plans with European channel partners and track KPIs
