About the role
Mojo Mortgages is a fintech mortgage broker focused on delivering clear, accurate advice. This role owns assessing mortgage advice against internal standards and regulatory requirements, and providing evidence-based feedback to improve quality.
What you'll do
- Assess mortgage advice against internal standards, FCA Consumer Duty and Conduct Rules
- Listen to calls as part of each assessment and provide clear, outcome-focused feedback
- Ensure monthly volume and turnaround standards are met
- Escalate risks early and identify root causes for process improvement
- Record outcomes with evidence-based feedback for Mortgage Experts and Sales Managers
- Explain and defend scoring decisions during calibration and appeals

- CeMAP 1, 2 or 3 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years as a QA assessor in financial services, ideally mortgage advice
- Met targets for quality and volume in previous roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Knowledge of FCA mortgage advice requirements and ability to defend scoring decisions
- Experience with or openness to AI and automated tools and intermediate Google Workspace skills
