What you'll do
Review and verify payroll data to confirm employees are paid correctly and related costs are recorded.
Prepare and issue client invoices based on payroll and service costs.
Track and follow up on client payments to ensure timely collection.
Manage supplier payments, including reviewing invoices and processing payments on schedule.
Own and maintain cost accounts and accounts payable records.
Reconcile payroll costs and intercompany transactions across entities and support month end close.

3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or audit with hands-on invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting within a group of companies.
Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
Fluent English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate across departments.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and the ability to work in CET hours.
