Cost Accountant

About the role

RemotePass is a global platform that streamlines global hiring, payroll and compliance for employers of record. The Cost Accountant role supports the accounting operations behind the EOR business, focusing on payroll costs, client invoicing, supplier payments and cost recording across multiple entities and currencies.

What you'll do

• Review and verify payroll data to ensure payroll costs are recorded accurately
• Prepare and issue client invoices based on payroll and service costs
• Track and follow up on client payments to ensure timely collection
• Manage supplier and vendor payment processes, reviewing invoices and processing payments
• Own and maintain cost accounts and accounts payable records
• Reconcile payroll costs and intercompany transactions across entities

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting or audit experience with invoicing, payments and reconciliations
• Accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
