Dangote Group is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to support the Sales Marketing function. This role owns the delivery of performance reports, dashboards, and market insights to inform strategic decisions and drive growth and efficiency.
What you'll do
Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business performance reports
Develop dashboards tracking KPIs such as OTIF delivery, forecasts, order books, backlogs, and truck residency
Conduct market and competitor analysis on market share, trends, customer behaviour, brand perception, and satisfaction
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for management
Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive developments
Collaborate with Risk Management, SAP, Finance and Sales to support operational and customer needs

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Research, Business or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus
5 to 9 years of relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of business analysis, market research and competitive intelligence
Understanding of macro and microeconomic trends and their impact on performance
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis tools
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
