Android Engineer II

About the role

Cavista Technologies is building secure, scalable mobile financial solutions. This Android Engineer II will help design and deliver mission-critical fintech mobile applications and shape the technical direction of the Android platform.

What you'll do

• Define, architect, and deliver mobile features for digital financial products
• Make technical decisions on architecture, security, scalability, and performance
• Develop secure payments, wallet, authentication, and compliance-focused functionality
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and banking platforms
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and promote engineering best practices
• Maintain reusable components, documentation, and technical standards

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of fintech experience
• Strong Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack, Coroutines, and modern Android practices
• Experience with MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, and modular design
• Experience integrating payment solutions, digital wallets, and banking platforms
• Proven Android app publishing experience on Google Play and testing frameworks
