What you'll do
Design, develop and maintain scalable analytics ready data models (primarily in dbt) powering PBM and care navigation data for client reporting, performance analytics and self-service BI.
Translate complex pharmacy benefits workflows and operational processes into transparent, auditable data models, including business rules.
Partner with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data products and optimize warehouse performance for large PBM and care navigation datasets.
Implement automated data quality checks, testing frameworks and reconciliation processes to ensure data reliability; establish documentation, lineage and guardrails.
Contribute to engineering best practices and data governance, including versioning, CI/CD, code reviews, observability, and modeling standards.
