About the role
The role owns everything a customer reads and experiences after they find us, including the website, lifecycle communication, email, and the positioning and messaging behind all of it. You will work in-house to boost visitors turning into customers and customers returning, with direct access to leadership.
What you'll do
- Own website structure, messaging and conversion for product pages
- Plan and run tests and ship changes with design and engineering
- Build the customer journey after first order including onboarding and win-back paths
- Own recurring revenue goals alongside the Head of Marketing
- Define positioning for customer segments and maintain a single source of truth
- Plan and run lifecycle and marketing email as part of customer communications
