VIP Support Manager

About the role

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates consumer tech companies. This role owns long term VIP support for premium users, managing their queries, complex cases, and ensuring a high quality user experience.

What you'll do

• Build long term relationships with a premium user base and act as their primary contact
• Handle daily requests, complex cases and user retention scenarios
• Communicate independently via email, chat and calls and ensure quality experience
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce repetitive tasks and focus on meaningful conversations
• Represent user insights to the product team and influence UX improvements

What they're looking for

• English: written at B2 level, spoken for calls
• 2+ years of client-facing experience in support, account management, sales or customer success
• Experience with premium or high value clients is highly valued
• Ability to write personalized, human, concise communications with clear CTAs
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and handle objections
• Willingness to work evening shifts, 5 days on and 2 days off, 16:00 to 00:00
