Senior Talent Partner

About the role

WunderGraph is a fast growing startup building a platform to turn ideas into products with a developer community. The Senior Talent Partner will take over day to day hiring across the company, owning end to end searches and building a WunderGraph talent community.

What you'll do

• Own full cycle recruiting for multiple roles across engineering and non engineering teams
• Partner with hiring managers to shape briefs, set expectations, and design interview loops
• Write job profiles and tailored adverts, pre-screen and shortlist candidates with clear recommendations
• Coordinate interviews, run debriefs with blind scorecards, and manage offers
• Source passive candidates through direct outreach, communities, meetups and events
• Build and maintain a talent community and contribute to employer marketing initiatives

• Experience running full cycle recruiting across multiple functions
• Strong ability to write compelling job profiles and outreach messages
• Proven sourcing and headhunting capabilities for senior and hard to fill roles
• Experience coordinating interviews, using scorecards and managing offers
• Ability to advise on market realities and keep hiring managers aligned
• Comfort working in a fast paced, distributed team and adapting processes
