Senior Purchasing and Accounts Payable Associate

About the role

Dianthus Therapeutics is developing therapies for autoimmune diseases. This role owns the company’s purchase order process in NetSuite, maintains purchasing records, monitors outstanding commitments, and supports accounts payable and financial close activities.

What you'll do

• Create, process, and maintain purchase orders in NetSuite with accurate vendor data and classifications
• Review PO requests for completeness and policy compliance
• Process PO amendments, adjustments, and closures
• Conduct monthly reviews of open POs and identify aged balances or discrepancies
• Collaborate with department owners to resolve PO, invoice, and contractual balances
• Support accounts payable activities including invoice review, vendor onboarding, and payment preparation

What they're looking for

• Bachelors or associates degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience independently managing accounts payable and purchasing in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor records and related documentation
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
