Senior Product Manager - Monetization and Expansion

About the role

Novakid is a global online English education company for children aged 4-12. This role owns monetization expansion, focusing on how existing families discover and buy add-ons, with accountability for revenue and ARPU through in-product experiences and pricing decisions.

What you'll do

• Own the Parent Area as a storefront for add-ons and upgrades, including placement, merchandising and pricing visibility.
• Improve purchase journeys to lift conversion from offer view to paid and manage one-tap purchases.
• Build a configurable catalogue, bundles and promo logic to launch offers with minimal engineering effort.
• Run an experimentation programme for offers, bundles and pricing with guardrails on retention and refunds.
• Define product events and eligibility signals for in‑app nudges and CRM segments.
• Collaborate with Content and Pedagogy to validate and launch paid products that appeal to parents.

• 4+ years in a product management role with 2+ years in monetization, pricing, checkout or subscription growth in a B2C product.
• Track record of shipping in‑product upsell, cross‑sell or add‑on flows with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong experimentation skills including test design, sample sizing and clear readouts.
• Understanding of subscription billing and payment providers such as Stripe.
• Experience in EdTech or family products where parent and child are different users is a plus.
• Remote, distributed team experience with GMT+3 core hours; proficient with tools like JIRA and Slack.
