About the role
Novakid is a global online English education company for children aged 4-12. As the Product Manager for Engagement AI Game-Based Learning, you will own the non-live student experience and drive self-guided, AI-powered learning games that engage kids between live teacher sessions.
What you'll do
- Lead a small team of designers and developers with access to analytics and research resources.
- Design and scale features like Pandy AI Tutor for 24/7 speaking practice across proficiency levels.
- Own the roadmap for gamified worlds and LLM based learning mini-games aligned to curricula.
- Use AI to create adaptive learning paths that adjust difficulty and content in real time.
