Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Strategy

About the role

Ren is focused on directing funds to effective causes. In this role you will act as the analytical and operational engine behind Corporate Marketing and Communications for Ren, RCF, and AEF, coordinating paid, content, and earned channels to drive growth.

What you'll do

• Own integrated strategy and ensure alignment across paid, content, and PR
• Manage SEO and AEO execution including keyword and topic intelligence
• Coordinate the campaign calendar and briefing process across teams
• Direct paid media agency execution, briefs, budgeting, testing, and reviews
• Own the path from advisor engagement to conversion and drive website optimization experiments
• Develop and maintain a weekly performance view and KPI framework across channels

• 7-9 years in integrated or growth marketing or marketing operations
• Strong analytical fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console or equivalent
• Experience directing an agency’s day-to-day execution, briefs, budget, and accountability
• Hands-on experience with conversion optimization including landing pages and CTAs
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and informing content strategy from search intent
• Detail-focused and capable of managing multiple workstreams toward a common goal
