Design, build, and optimize backend systems for real-time data processing and web services
Own SLIs and SLOs for core API services and manage incident responses
Develop observability: metrics, logging, tracing, and alerts
Participate in on-call rotation and drive blameless postmortems
Automate operational toil and perform capacity planning and performance tuning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other engineers
