Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineer - DevOps & Technical Leadership

About the role

M365Connect is a startup building software products, web applications, AI powered tools, integrations, and business automations. This role owns the end to end architecture and delivery of AI enabled full stack applications, Linux infrastructure, and deployment processes, with leadership responsibilities over outsourced contributors.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend, including AI powered features and integrations.
• Design APIs, authentication, authorization, and third party integrations while ensuring security and reliability.
• Administer Linux servers, Docker environments, DNS, TLS, reverse proxies, and CI/CD workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and review work of developers and coordinate outsourced contributors.
• Manage databases, migrations, backups, performance, and incident investigation with post deployment verification.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and measurable acceptance criteria.

• Senior level experience delivering production web applications with strong frontend and backend skills.
• Practical AI or LLM integration experience with attention to output quality and latency costs.
• Hands on Linux administration, Docker deployment, and cloud or on premise infrastructure know how.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Leadership or mentoring experience and track record coordinating outsourced development teams.
• Strong SQL relational database experience, including migrations and performance tuning.
