About the role
We are a startup that uses AI to organise information, coordinate work and improve processes. You will be the Executive Assistant to the CEO, turning priorities into actionable plans and maintaining an overview of ongoing initiatives across HR, finance, IT and marketing.
What you'll do
- Translate the CEO's priorities into actionable plans with owners, deadlines and follow-ups
- Maintain an overview of initiatives, flag delays or decisions early
- Coordinate work across the startup team, external partners and service providers
