We are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager who thrives on true ownership, tangible commercial impact, and the opportunity to partner with high-growth, engineering-led organisations across the territory.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Commercial Expansion: Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Digital Native and high-growth Enterprise accounts across the UK and EMEA, driving renewals, upselling, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Build Multi-Threaded Relationships: Establish high-trust partnerships across diverse stakeholder landscapes, engaging comfortably with lead architects, engineering heads, and C-level executives.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Act as the lead orchestrator for your key accounts, collaborating closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
• Translate Technical Capability into Value: Articulate Aerospike’s technical architecture and map its real-time performance directly to strategic business outcomes and ROI.
• Navigate Complex EMEA Buying Environments: Adapt commercial engagements to multi-country nuances, varying procurement processes, and regional data architectures.
• Maintain Operational Rigour: Manage account pipeline, accurate forecasting, and opportunity lifecycles within Salesforce, while feeding actionable market intelligence back into leadership.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated Tech Sales Success: Proven track record in enterprise software, data infrastructure, distributed databases, or cloud data platforms.
• Account Growth & Retention: Track record of consistently exceeding targets across high-growth, venture-backed, or tech-native organisations in the UK/EMEA market.
• Engineering-Centric Acumen: Deep comfort selling into developer-led, architecture-focused decision-making cultures using a consultative, value-led sales methodology.
• Commercial Leadership: Ability to manage complex contractual negotiations, renewals, and multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Cross-Border Awareness: Familiarity navigating regional European tech hubs (e.g., London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Nordics, Paris); additional European language skills are advantageous but not required.
