Security Administrator

About the role

My Amazon Guy is a digital marketing agency with over 500 employees. This role owns the administration of user access, credentials, and routine security operations across key business systems to maintain security and compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage, reset, and update passwords and credentials across tools such as 1Password, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, and AWS
• Add, remove, and modify user access and permissions based on roles
• Respond to and resolve security-related support requests and escalate where needed
• Provision and deprovision user accounts for new hires and departures
• Monitor systems for unusual activity and report potential security incidents
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of access changes and security actions

What they're looking for

• Experience in IT administration, user access management, or related security operations
• Knowledge of authentication methods, account provisioning, and access controls
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, AWS, or 1Password is preferred
• Strong documentation practices and ability to handle sensitive information securely
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and escalation procedures
• Detail oriented with proactive problem solving and reliability
