What you'll do

• Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers, guiding talent acquisition efforts.
• Actively develop the business by bringing quality clients and partnering with customers to align hiring needs with strategic objectives.
• Design and customize hiring stages and job descriptions for each position.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels; present shortlisted profiles with summaries.
• Facilitate negotiations and support the hiring process through to completion; train hiring managers as needed.
• Build long lasting client relationships and contribute to company development and change management.

• 5+ years of proven senior recruiter or talent acquisition partner experience, preferably in a top staffing agency or recruitment consultancy.
• Experience leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a team leader.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and data driven communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.
