Project Management Intern - Medical Translations - MIIS

About the role

The role supports the Project Management Team at CLEAR Global by coordinating translation projects in the health sector. The intern will work on language services projects for partners, ensuring alignment with internal processes and partner expectations while supporting linguists across tasks.

What you'll do

• Coordinate translation projects and track progress for assigned language tasks
• Upload and download project files and perform pre- and post-production checks
• Maintain organized project records across platforms and provide status updates
• Assist with translator recruitment and building translator teams as requested
• Maintain effective communication with translators to ensure engagement and clarity of expectations
• Support other project management tasks and act in the organization’s best interest

• Current graduate student at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (MIIS)
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Experience in translation or interpreting is desirable
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
