About the role

My Amazon Guy is a digital marketing agency focused on driving sales growth for clients. This role leads paid media and demand generation efforts, owning end-to-end B2B campaigns from strategy to optimization and collaboration withSales, Content, Creative, and CRO teams.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and optimize B2B performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to generate MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contributions
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and channel mix to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, platform data, CRM insights, and dashboards
• Collaborate with CRO to improve landing pages and lead flows; conduct structured A/B testing
• Develop high performing B2B ad creatives and copy aligned with ICPs and sales enablement goals
• Lead and mentor media buyers and performance marketers; build scalable workflows and SOPs

• 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong B2B lead generation focus
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; TikTok experience is a plus
• Proven track record managing full-funnel B2B campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue

• Experience with CRM systems and marketing attribution
