What you'll do
- Clean, validate, and maintain complex datasets across vendors, contracts, and spend
- Consolidate fragmented data into a unified structure and ensure data freshness
- Build repeatable processes to detect cost optimization opportunities
- Develop automations using Zapier, Make, and internal tools to streamline workflows
- Improve contract intake processes and remove manual steps in operations
- Document processes in scalable, readable formats and collaborate on the internal operating system
