Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

Pesa is a global fintech enabling cross border money movement and spending. This role owns the creation of motion graphics and visual storytelling that brings the brand to life across campaigns, social content, product launches, and digital touchpoints.

What you'll do

• Create motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and in-app experiences.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives and short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Content, Product, and Growth teams to support campaign objectives.
• Develop concepts from brief to final execution, including storyboards, animation, editing, sound, and delivery.
• Produce product and feature animations that clarify complex financial journeys.
• Maintain brand consistency and adapt concepts across multiple formats and channels.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in motion graphics, animation, video design, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio showing motion design, storytelling, and visual execution, with fintech/tech experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to convert briefs into clear visual concepts and deliver high-quality content on deadlines.
• Experience with Figma and collaborative design workflows; ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
