Mono Fellowship Programme

About the role

Mono is a financial technology company building infrastructure to connect businesses with customers and initiate direct bank payments. This six month fellowship aims to identify and develop curious, ambitious and resourceful individuals from diverse backgrounds who can contribute to the company’s growth and culture.

What you'll do

• Engage in structured learning and practical assignments over six months
• Collaborate on projects with other Fellows across Mono’s business
• Gain exposure to Mono’s work and contribute ideas and solutions
• Receive feedback and demonstrate abilities through assignments and activities

• Ability to take initiative and own work, with good collaboration skills
• Demonstrated achievement or initiative in something you pursued
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with others
• Open to both technical and non technical backgrounds; no degree required
