About the role
M-KOPA is a company that scales financial inclusion across Africa. This role owns the people agenda for the Technology organisation, partnering with the CTO and leadership to design and grow engineering, data, IT and security teams as the business scales.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and related leaders to align people strategy with roadmap execution
- Own end to end people partnering for the Technology and Product organisation, with a Senior People Partner reporting to you
- Lead org design including workforce planning, levelling and team transformation
