My IT Crew provides IT services with a focus on empowering people and delivering best-in-class support. This role owns client communication, incident resolution, and hands-on troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and VoIP to ensure a seamless client experience.
What you'll do
- Serve as the go-to expert for clients, troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems
- Own client communication, manage expectations, and ensure positive outcomes in every interaction
- Prioritize and manage ticket queues, including warm transfer escalations
- Contribute to a practical knowledge base with useful documentation
- Coordinate between clients and vendors to drive end-to-end incident resolution
- Collaborate in weekly meetings and trainings to drive personal and company growth
