IT Engineer

About the role

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company focused on voice, creative, and API platforms. This is a hands on technical IT engineering role within the IT team, responsible for identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation and compliance to support a global, high growth organization.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver technical IT projects across identity, endpoints, and office infrastructure
• Collaborate with Security and Operations to secure endpoints, networks and SaaS tooling
• Automate IT tasks and compliance checks with scripting and automation tools
• Manage enterprise IT systems at scale and support enabling productive work for teams
• Maintain SOC 2 / ISO 27001 alignment and partner on security controls

• Hands on IT Engineering, Technical Operations or DevOps adjacent experience with automation focus
• Identity management expertise (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) with Okta and Google Workspace
• Experience with Mobile Device Management tooling and office network equipment
• Programming or scripting skills (Python, Bash) and automation of compliance tasks
• Experience with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 and security minded, end user focused attitude
