About the role

The Dangote Group is supporting the Murtala Muhammed Specialist Hospital Kano with a new Surgical Diagnostic Centre. This role oversees the administrative and operational management of the ADF SDC at MMSH Kano, ensuring efficient service delivery, asset accountability, and high-quality patient care.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the Surgical Diagnostic Centre
• Coordinate clinical support services, patient flow, admissions, discharges, diagnostics, and theatre operations
• Oversee facilities, equipment maintenance, and asset management systems
• Ensure effective use of hospital information systems and digital platforms
• Drive service excellence, patient satisfaction, and performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain governance, risk management, and resource accountability frameworks

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Health Management, Public Health, Business Admin, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior administrative or operational role in a large healthcare institution
• Experience managing hospital operations, diagnostic services, budgeting, and healthcare systems
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to ensure compliance, quality, safety, and patient experience standards
